Program Manager - CMS Transformation (Hybrid) We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a largescale Content Management System (CMS) migration to Sitecore XM Cloud. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven success managing complex, multimilliondollar digital transformation programs. Responsibilities * Lead endtoend delivery of a major CMS migration program. * Manage crossfunctional teams and external vendors. * Drive governance, design decisions, timelines, and budget execution. * Communicate program progress, risks, and actions to stakeholders. * Support organizational change and user adoption for the new platform. Required Qualifications * 7+ years of program or project management experience. * Experience leading large technology programs ($1M+). * Strong stakeholder, vendor, and team leadership skills. * Excellent communication and riskmanagement experience. * Experience with CMS platforms (Sitecore preferred but not required). Nice to Have * Sitecore experience or certification. * Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or enterprise IT. Work Environment * Hybrid: Mostly remote with occasional onsite requirements. At least 1x a week on-site. Must be located within 100 miles of Rochester, NY. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Rochester, NY. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
