Infrastructure Delivery Technician Location: New Carlisle, IN Pay: $22/hr \| Onsite \| 6month contract Start Date: 3/30/2026 About the Role This entrylevel position supports daytoday data center buildout work, including installing hardware, structured cabling, and preparing materials for delivery to operations teams. It's a handson role in a fastpaced environment and a strong starting point for anyone looking to grow in data center or IT infrastructure work. What You'll Do * Install, test, and troubleshoot copper and fiber cabling * Assist with structured cabling prep, labeling, scanning, and sorting * Move and position racks, servers, and network equipment * Track work through ticketing systems and maintain documentation * Ensure all installs meet quality and safety standards * Coordinate daily materials and maintain clean work areas What You Bring * Interest in data centers, cabling, or handson technical work * Ability to lift 50 lbs and work long, physical shifts * Basic understanding of computers or networking is helpful * Strong communication, organization, and problemsolving skills * Willingness to learn and follow detailed processes * Must pass a BGC and drug test Why It's a Great Fit * Entry point into data center and IT infrastructure careers * Handson experience with cabling and hardware installation * Exposure to largescale, cuttingedge environments * Clear opportunities for longterm growth Work Environment Onsite inside a large data center with a mix of physical labor, equipment handling, and technical tasks.
