Position Overview: The Marketing Operations Manager drives the execution and operational excellence of marketing programs across multiple business segments. This role serves as a central connector between marketing, sales, and commercial teams, ensuring campaigns, advertising initiatives, and enablement programs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time. The Marketing Operations Manager owns campaign execution workflows, timelines, data readiness, advertising operations, and reporting, supporting key commercial segments to ensure all initiatives are wellcoordinated and aligned to business priorities. Success in this role requires strong operational discipline, crossfunctional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining data integrity, process consistency, and clear communication. Responsibilities: Campaign & Execution Operations
- Support endtoend execution of
marketing campaigns across multiple segments and audiences, including email, social, paid media, and promotional programs, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and internal stakeholders. - Manage campaign tasks and workstreams within
project management systems, maintaining clear scope, deadlines, accountability, and visibility into progress. - Track execution progress, flag
risks or dependencies, and provide regular status updates to marketing leadership and key stakeholders.
Strategic & Commercial Support
- Serve as a strategic and operational marketing enablement partner for Government, National Accounts, GPOs (including Sourcewell and Kinetic), Customer Success, and the Networking team, serving as a key enablement partner across segments.
Sales Enablement
- Support sales enablement across
segments by serving as an operational point of contact for marketing timelines, materials, execution details, and campaign readiness.
Advertising Operations & Partners
- Manage advertising operations, including spend
tracking, calendar management, placement coordination, and preparation of advertising materials by portfolio. - Provide operational support for marketing
activities involving external ad partners, associations, and vendors across segments. - Coordinate asset delivery,
approvals, communications, and documentation to ensure ad partners and internal teams have what is needed for execution.
Data, Targeting & Analytics
- Develop and manage target lists for all
campaigns, ensuring alignment to segment, portfolio, and campaign objectives. - Manage lead cleansing and upload from all
marketing activities-including events, conferences, webinars, and SUNs-to ensure data accuracy and usability. - Develop analytic reporting,
including Price Realization data, annual pricing review file preparation, bottomup forecasting, and gather insights from segment teams.
Events & Production
- Manage and coordinate virtual marketing events
such as webinars and Product Showcases, including scheduling, speaker and resource coordination, and endtoend process management in support of segment teams. - Organize and facilitate product photo and
video shoots, both inhouse and at customer or client sites, coordinating logistics (people & product), resources, and timelines as needed.
Process, Systems & Documentation
- Maintain marketing workflows, process
documentation, templates, and governance standards. - Manage the Marketing SharePoint
site, ensuring organized, accessible, and uptodate content.
Meetings & Operating Rhythm
- Manage marketing operating
meetings, including Marketing Connections, Marketing Minutes, and team meetings, by setting agendas, finalizing presentations, incorporating engagement elements, and distributing materials and minutes.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidate must reside in East Coast or Central Time Zones
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable discipline required, master's degree preferred
- 3-6 years in marketing operations, campaign operations, or marketing coordination
- Direct experience supporting campaigns through email, digital advertising, webinars, and promotional programs
- Experience developing target lists, managing segmentation, and supporting campaign deployment
- Practical exposure to lead management, including cleansing, validation, uploads, and handoff after events and campaigns
- Approximately 25% travel expectation
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000, eligible for a 9% annual bonus Please note that this range does not include any other compensation or benefits that an individual may be eligible for.
