Environmental Science Associates (ESA) is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our Southeast marketing team. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with at least 2+ years of experience to support the development of high-quality proposals and qualifications in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) marketplace. Strong preference given to candidates with 5+ years of experience. The Proposal Coordinator will play an important role in preparing and coordinating Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and other marketing materials that support ESA's business development efforts throughout the Southeast. This position works closely with technical staff, project managers, and marketing professionals to produce clear, compelling, and compliant proposals that highlight ESA's expertise in environmental planning, science, engineering, and design. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and writing skills, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This position will be based in Tampa or Orlando, Florida, with office presence as needed.
