Snowflake is seeking a talented and motivated Solutions Specialist to drive sales execution for our Streamlit set of capabilities. This is a strategic role that works closely with the broader field organization to ensure the successful customer adoption of Snowflake's platform capabilities.

This dynamic position requires you to be a thoughtful and creative problem-solver. You'll need to be comfortable collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including sales leadership, to accelerate our sales efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the team in achieving pipeline and revenue targets by contributing to sales activities and helping execute a sales strategy for an allocated territory or account list.

  • Develop and help execute tailored sales plays to capture new market opportunities and assist customers in optimizing their use of Snowflake's platform.

  • Work with customers and internal teams to understand their needs, helping to communicate key insights that inform our product roadmap.

  • Develop a strong understanding of Snowflake's solutions to assist in customer and partner discussions, demonstrating the value of Snowflake's platform capabilities.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and other specialists to help drive customer engagements from initial discovery through to solution deployment.

  • Assist with tracking, analyzing, and reporting on sales performance metrics, contributing to data-driven insights that help optimize our strategies.

  • Partner with the broader cross-functional organization to help integrate sales efforts with Snowflake's overall go-to-market plans.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4-10 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in a sales-related role, and a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives.

  • Familiarity with a solution-based approach to selling and experience managing a complex sales process.

  • Strong foundational knowledge of data and cloud technologies, with a passion for learning and growing in these domains.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and business audiences.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, and Product.

  • A strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • This role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's commission plan and it is common for employees in this role to receive total on-target earnings of $256,000 - $336,000. The estimated base salary for this role is $153,600 - $201,600.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
