Shift: 2ND SHIFT 2:45 PM TO 10:45 PM, Monday - Friday

3RD SHIFT 10:45 PM TO 6:45 AM, Monday - Friday

What You Bring to the Table

• 6+ months of manufacturing experience
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Dependable, steady, and punctual
• Comfortable working with your hands and tools
• Strong eye for detail and quality
• Respect for safety and teamwork

What You'll Build Every Day

• Assemble and prepare medium-gauge cables for production and shipment
• Perform cable preparation tasks as part of a fast-paced assembly environment
• Inspect materials and completed work to ensure production quality standards are met
• Use hands and wrist movements extensively to complete detailed assembly tasks
• Follow verbal and written instructions to complete production orders accurately
• Maintain organized workstations while supporting efficient workflow
