As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site leaders and coworkers, and respond to situations with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a food and beverage production and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify site contacts and/or public responders as required by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, loading docks, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Control access by checking identification, logging visitors and/or vendors, issuing temporary badges, and directing deliveries to designated receiving areas in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete accurate reports and documentation of daily activities, inspections, and incident response, and communicate relevant updates during shift turnover.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
