You will verify credentials and TWIC where required, manage entry and exit points, greet visitors and employees with professional customer service, and communicate clearly with site teams. You will conduct routine rounds near assigned checkpoints, document security-related activity, and help to discourage incidents through a visible, service-focused presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location.
• Control access at entry and exit points by verifying identification, credentials, and/or authorization, issuing visitor passes when required, and directing people and vehicles to appropriate locations.
• Monitor gates, lobbies, checkpoints, and/or screening areas; observe for unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized entry by maintaining a consistent presence and clear communication.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and notifying site leadership and/or public agency contacts as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a TSA issued TWIC.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
