As a Software Engineer on the Office AI Platform team,you'llbuild and improve production systems that sit at the heart of Copilot, powering workflows used by millions of people every day.You'llcontribute to the platform components that orchestrate AI driven experiences across Microsoft 365, writing code thatruns atglobal scale, is highly observable, and directly shapes customer experience.You'lltake onwell scopedengineering work focused on reliability, performance, and platform evolution, collaborating closely with senior engineers to ship features, fix issues, and strengthen core systems. Software Engineering IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $84,200 - $165,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $109,000 - $180,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
