Shift: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM | Temp-to-Hire

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• 3 years of commercial estimating experience.
• Knowledge of doors, frames, and hardware is a plus.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Solid understanding of the commercial construction process.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Able to perform duties independently, while also functioning as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
• The capability to develop new skills and adapt quickly.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform accurate, thorough, and timely quantity takeoffs from drawings, specifications, and other supplied information.
• Compile legible quotes for submission to clients.
• Provide problem-solving solutions using building codes, product information, and experience.
• Reviews the estimate with the manager to ensure that data is accurate, that all components of the project are properly captured and properly charged.
• Modify estimates per customer or Account Specialists' requests.
• Communicate effectively with all organizational levels and with potential customers.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
