  • Translate business and customer requirements into engineering plans, technology roadmaps, and execution priorities

  • Drive development of new metrology and chemical dispensing capabilities, integrating sensing technologies, fluid handling, controls, automation, software, and data systems into scalable equipment platforms

  • Own systemlevel architecture and technical direction to ensure performance, reliability, manufacturability, and longterm sustainability across measurement and chemical delivery solutions

  • Partner crossfunctionally to ensure successful transition from development to manufacturing and customer deployment

  • Build, develop, and retain strong engineering leaders and technical talent

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years of experience leading R&D or engineering teams in analytical instrumentation, metrology, chemical dispensing, or semiconductor equipment environments
  • Preferred experience in particle sizing, chemical concentration monitoring, and spectroscopy
  • Strong systemlevel engineering background integrating hardware, fluid delivery, controls, automation, and software
  • Demonstrated success leading complex product development programs from concept through commercialization
  • Ability to balance technical depth with business priorities and influence at senior leadership and customer levels

    What we offer:

Our total rewards package goes above and beyond just a paycheck. Whether you're looking to build your career, improve your health, or protect your wealth, we offer generous benefits to help you achieve your goals.

    • Compensation: 190,000.00 - 240,000.00 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role

    • Annual bonus eligibility

    • Progressive paid time off policy that empowers you to take the time you need to recharge

    • Generous 401(K) plan with an impressive employer match with no delayed vesting
