Video Teleconferencing Technician Location:Falls Church, VA (Onsite) Clearance:Secret Classification:Non-exempt Responsibilities:
- Daily client interface,responding toand managingincident tickets, ensure proper documentation.
- Representing IntelliDyne and its interests in all client engagements.
- Addressing and correcting any hardware, software or connection issues.
- Coordination of meetings/events and set up of conference rooms for MS Teams.
- Have technical expertiseonconferencing or AV periphery.
- Support video conferencing/Teams meetings at DHHQ and Gatehouse.
- Provide technical support to end users for VTC/Teams conferencing setup
- Identify, research and resolve AV technical problems.
- Resolving problems through customer education, training,and direct assistance.
- Serving as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting all IT related problems
- Provide technical guidance and assistance to customers as it relates to conferencing.
- Perform operating system backup (Cisco codes) and restore conferencing system.
- Cross train with End User Support Teams such as the DHA IT Call Center and Desk Side Support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years relevant support experience or a HS degree and 8 years relevant support experience
- Master's degree in IT willmeet all experience requirements.
- Active CompTIA Security+ CE certification or other 8170 IAT II certification equivalent
- Basic network support experience to include administratoraccountin active directory environment.
- Excellent analytical, oral and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to gain internal support and to operate independently without supervision.
- Must have the ability to establish a solid working relationship with customers, technical staff, managers and peers.
- ITIL v4 desired
