Are you a highly organized and dynamic production professional with a passion for bringing creative visions to life? As a Producer, you will be instrumental in managing diverse creative projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery. Your expertise will directly impact how this renowned brand communicates its story and showcases its offerings, driving visual excellence across all platforms and engaging audiences globally.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee multiple creative projects, guiding them from initial concept through to final delivery. You will be responsible for meticulous project management, budget adherence, and ensuring that all creative output meets the highest brand standards. Your ability to coordinate resources, manage timelines, and foster strong communication will be key to delivering compelling visual content that resonates with audiences and supports business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and oversee multiple production projects simultaneously, from initial intake through final delivery, encompassing a wide range of mediums including print, video, digital, and social content.

* Manage project budgets with precision, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and meeting critical deadlines.

* Serve as the primary liaison between internal creative and production teams for all visual content projects.

* Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on all projects, ensuring brand standards are consistently met and proactively addressing any challenges.

* Develop and track detailed estimates and timelines, overseeing pre-production and production phases to achieve business objectives.

* Coordinate internal and external studio resources, providing comprehensive logistical support for each project, including crew, talent, product, set, location, props, and post-production needs.

* Facilitate pre-production meetings, ensuring all elements like set completion, propping, and product installation are meticulously prepared.

* Act as the central point of contact for campaign, channel, creative, and project management teams, fostering clear and consistent communication.

* Maintain ongoing, constructive communication regarding schedules, project progress, and budget updates.

* Cultivate and manage a robust roster of production resources, including contractors, photographers, talent agencies, and stylists.

* Manage and update production databases, calendars, and project management systems.

* Arrange travel logistics for talent and crew, and prepare detailed call sheets for on-set and location photography projects.

* Negotiate talent fees, usage rights, and associated costs, aligning with business and project requirements.

* Process and submit all necessary talent, property, and inventory releases, securing permits and verifying usage and fees.

* Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to ensure all contracts and invoices comply with organizational policies.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree, with a preference for Communications, Film, or Video-related fields.

* Minimum of 2 years of experience as an in-house producer, line producer, agency producer, or in a comparable production role.

* Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

* Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of photo and video production and post-production, including a working knowledge of necessary equipment, hardware, and software.

* Outstanding communication skills, capable of confidently explaining estimates, production schedules, and project specifics to internal business partners and external vendors.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with various creative content types, including computer-generated imagery.

* Familiarity with project management systems and production databases.

* Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.
