You Are: We are seeking an experienced Senior AEM Developer with approximately ~10 years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical depth in AEM, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level digital experience platforms. The opportunity: * AEM Development & Implementation - Design, develop, and implement AEM components, templates, workflows, and services using AEM 6.x / AEM Cloud Service. - Build and maintain highly scalable AEM-based solutions aligned with architectural best practices. - Implement custom components using HTL, Sling Models, OSGi, and other AEM frameworks. * Technical Leadership - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. - Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, secure development practices, and performance optimization. * Integration & Collaboration - Integrate AEM with third-party systems (APIs, marketing tools, analytics platforms, CRM, etc.). - Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement responsive, user-friendly front-end experiences. - Work closely with QA teams to support testing and troubleshooting. * Maintenance & Support - Perform code reviews, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement improvements. - Support deployments, release management, and production issue analysis. - Maintain documentation, technical specifications, and solution design documents. This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required. What you need: * 6-8 years of experience in web content management solutions, with a strong focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). * Strong expertise in AEM (6.x/Cloud Service), Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL/Sightly, Dispatcher. * Hands-on experience with Java, JEE, Maven, RESTful services. * Front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ES6, React or Angular (preferred). * Experience with Adobe Analytics, Target, Launch, Assets, and third-party integrations. * Understanding of cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines. * Preferred Qualifications * Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM Sites or AEM DevOps. * Agile/Scrum experience. * Edge Deliver services * DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Docker. * Soft Skills * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Leadership and ownership mindset. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
