Product Training: We are a product based company that offers training on our various products and services that set you up for success. In addition, we offer our subcontractors to acquire certifications such as PCNSC, PCNSA, PCCSA as an example. You are the front line of defense and often EEC's feel a ton of pressure from the customer. We overcome this by providing the EEC with multiple channels of communication geared at getting answers quickly and accurately. The role of the EEC is to help our customer securely implement our products and become a consultant or Trusted Advisor in feature adoption as well as expansion.
