As directed by management, coordinates and supervises the safe, timely and efficient activities of gantry area.

Responsible for plant efficiency and dollars per hour numbers

Understand how to perform every position in the plant efficiently and correctly

Maintain a safe work environment

Set up jigs according to shop drawings.

Complete Quality Audits.

Train department area associates

Able to read and write in their primary language.

Able to stand for long periods of time.

Able to lift 50 pounds.

Able to read or able to learn to read a shop drawing.
