Hourly / Salary: to $225K + 25% bonus structure

JOB SUMMARY
Vaco is currently seeking an IT Director (ATF/Semiconductor or BLS) for a Direct-Hire opportunity located in Richardson, TX 75082 (onsite 5days per week). The IT Director (ATF/Semiconductor or BLS) will direct the day-to-day operations of enterprise computer systems, networks, programs, infrastructure, help-desk support, databases, etc. The IT Director (ATF/Semiconductor or BLS) will contribute to the planning and maintenance of the data technology operations, including computer hardware, software, and telecommunications. Additionally, the IT Director (ATF/Semiconductor or BLS) will work with organizational leaders to develop technology plans, policies, and procedures in alignment with company and corporate goals and standards.
  • Evaluate / Develop / Recommend Solutions Specific (Enterprise-wide / Individual Departments, etc.)
  • Coordinate / Schedule Transitions from Existing to New Platforms / Systems
  • Prepare / Submit Accurate / Timely Information to Senior Management as it relates to IT Initiatives / Projects
  • Assess / Estimate Project Requirements / Resource Requirements / Lead Times / Funding / Procedures / Staffing for Implementation / Maintenance for Regional / Global Projects
  • Identify Vendors / Negotiate Effectively for Hardware / Software for the Region in Alignment with Corporate
