National Louis University's LE3 Program is currently seeking Adjunct Faculty to join our Undergraduate Innovation - LE3 Program team for our 2026 Terms. Position Overview We are seeking a candidate that can teach the following interdisciplinary math course, which connects data understanding to leadership, organizational development, and systems thinking. This is not a traditional math course; it is designed for working adult learners who are exploring how data can shape decisions that drive impact within organizations. The ideal candidate:
Demonstrates the ability to translate quantitative concepts into practical, real-world applications relevant to leadership, workplace decision-making, and organizational performance.
Is comfortable teaching foundational data literacy, including interpreting charts and graphs, analyzing trends, evaluating sources, and applying basic quantitative reasoning to professional scenarios. Understands how data informs strategy, resource allocation, equity considerations, and systems-level change. Can facilitate discussions that connect numerical evidence to ethical decision-making and organizational impact. Designs learning experiences that are applied, reflective, and skill-based rather than formula-driven. Has experience working with or teaching adult learners and values the professional experiences students bring to the classroom. Creates an inclusive, supportive learning environment that reduces math anxiety and builds confidence in quantitative reasoning. Integrates durable skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication into quantitative coursework. Provides timely, actionable feedback that helps students strengthen both their analytical reasoning and their leadership capacity. Is comfortable leveraging digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, data visualization platforms, or learning management systems) to support applied data analysis.
