Location: Washington County OR 97005 (Hybrid, 4 days onsite in a week)

Duration: 14+ months (Possible Extension)

Pay Range: $42/hr. - $44/hr.

The ETW Specialist will support supply chain and operations functions, helping manage wholesale partner accounts, order management, and cross-functional collaboration across teams including Sales, DC, and Transportation. This role requires a flexible, team-oriented individual with strong Excel skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners. The position offers the potential for extension, though it is not guaranteed.

This is an on-site role at WHQ, with work-from-home Fridays, and the selected candidate will join a direct team of ~10 people while collaborating across the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and external partners to drive account development aligned with client's commercial strategy.
• Support order management, deliveries, and value-added services while integrating supply chain and operational processes into the overall customer management lifecycle.
• Lead teams and external customers to execute mutually agreed operational plans and achieve performance goals.
• Act as the voice of the customer to influence operational capabilities and service offerings.
• Monitor and manage performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) from both client and customer perspectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales partners, Distribution Center (DC) teams, Transportation, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

Required:

• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or related roles.
• Strong Excel expertise and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to support changing business priorities and workflows.

Preferred:

• Previous experience at similar retail/consumer brand.
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, though equivalent experience and alternative educational backgrounds will be considered.

• Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of experience (typical)
• Master's Degree + 0-3 years
• PhD or Law + 1 year
• Associate's Degree + 1-3 years
• High School Diploma + 3-5 years
