Flutter Developer

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Programmer Analyst III - Hybrid for a contract to hire opportunity with a Regional Financial Institution located in Columbus, OH. This position requires 4 days onsite per week.

Pay Rate: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour depending on skill level and experience

As a Mobile Programmer/Analyst, you will work on the Commercial mobile banking application, supporting the overall objectives of the Commercial Digital department. Initiatives include enhancing the end-user experience, building out new capabilities, increasing self-service capabilities, driving automation of business operations, and integrating with various IT systems to deliver a best-in-class mobile banking experience.

• Enhance the end-user experience on the mobile banking application
• Build out new capabilities and increase self-service options
• Drive automation of business operations
• Integrate with various IT systems
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to drive digital development initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g. computer science, information systems, math, engineering) or equivalent education/experience
• 4+ years of experience designing, coding, and releasing applications for a mobile platform
• 4+ years of combined experience with Flutter/Dart
• 2+ years of experience writing unit tests and/or integration tests
• Experience building a complete app using the Flutter SDK for both Android and iOS
• Experience with methodologies, policies, standards, processes, systems, and measurements that enable the enterprise to effectively manage software assets
• Ability to self-start, with excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of dealing with conflicting priorities with ease
• Ability to train and mentor junior developers in software development
• An innovation and automation mind set with experience in Agile methodologies
• Understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery
• Capability to strive for excellence and innovation that constructively challenges the status quo and leads to prudent experimentation
