We are seeking an experienced, delivery-focused Digital Program Manager to lead a high-visibility, cross-firm digital modernization initiative over the next 12+ months.

This role is accountable for end-to-end execution across a complex, multi-workstream program modernizing our web platforms. You will translate strategic vision into structured plans, drive cross-functional alignment, manage risk proactively, and ensure initiatives move from concept through launch and iteration.

Acting as the internal digital program lead, you will partner closely with the Digital Solutions Director, senior stakeholders, technology teams, content and data leads, and external strategic vendors. This role requires a balance of strategic perspective and hands-on program execution, along with strong executive communication and governance discipline.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Program governance framework established and adopted across workstreams
  • Clear executive reporting cadence with no "surprise" escalations
  • Cross-functional dependencies actively managed and resolved
  • Major platform milestones delivered on schedule and within agreed scope
  • Stakeholders aligned on priorities, tradeoffs, and sequencing
  • Web modernization initiative launched with measurable delivery outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Surface decision points early and drive timely resolution.
  • Maintain forward progress in dynamic and evolving environments.

Governance & Execution Discipline

  • Establish and maintain program operating rhythms, governance models, and decision frameworks.
  • Develop and manage RAID logs, dependency trackers, integrated roadmaps, and delivery plans.
  • Ensure documentation discipline and a clear single source of truth.
  • Create executive-ready dashboards and structured reporting.
  • Frame options with implications and recommendations to support decision clarity.

Executive & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation strategies clearly and concisely.
  • Facilitate alignment across senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Lead structured discussions around scope, risk, prioritization, and tradeoffs.
  • Act as a trusted escalation point and problem solver across teams.

Digital Platform Delivery

  • Lead delivery of web and digital platform initiatives, including CMS or enterprise platform implementations.
  • Coordinate internal technology teams, UX/design, content owners, data teams, and external vendors.
  • Guide initiatives from discovery and planning through build, launch, and iterative improvement.
  • Anticipate cross-functional dependencies and manage sequencing and handoffs.

Team Enablement

  • Lead high-impact working sessions that drive clarity and decisions.
  • Synthesize complex discussions into clear actions, owners, and timelines.
  • Contribute hands-on where needed to maintain delivery momentum and program clarity.

Qualifications

Required Experience & Skills

  • Demonstrated ownership of multi-workstream web, portal, or platform programs.
  • Experience establishing governance frameworks and managing delivery risk in enterprise environments.
  • Experience working directly with senior stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Familiarity with modern CMS or digital platform implementations (e.g., replatforming, content migration, UX redesign, or headless architectures).
  • Strong understanding of program management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall).
  • Fluency with collaboration and delivery tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, Miro, SharePoint).
