As a Technical Product Manager within Clario's Cardiac Safety organization, you will drive the evolution of solutions that support the collection, management, and interpretation of cardiac data in clinical trials. You will serve as the connector between business vision, user needs, and technical execution-partnering with product leadership, engineering, UX, and key stakeholders to define capabilities that improve patient safety and enhance the reliability of cardiac endpoints. Through strong technical acumen and a usercentric mindset, you translate strategy into actionable requirements and shepherd product initiatives from concept through commercial launch.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partner with Product Line Leaders and Upstream Product Managers to ensure alignment with overall portfolio strategy and longterm product vision.

  • Stay current on emerging cardiac safety technologies, industry standards, regulatory expectations, and competitive landscape.

  • Build and maintain a multiyear roadmap that encompasses releases, initiatives, and epics tied to overall launch plans.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define architecture, user experience, and innovative capabilities across Cardiac Safety components.

  • Lead business architecture for assigned components, including user flows and data workflows, ensuring cohesion with the broader cardiac safety platform architecture.

  • Validate concepts, themes, and MVP definitions through research and ongoing interaction with internal and external users.

  • Translate customer needs and product direction into clear, actionable requirements supported by evidence and domain expertise.

  • Balance technical debt, architectural considerations, and new feature development to ensure sustainable product growth.

  • Participate in retrospectives to support continuous improvement in product and engineering processes.

  • Transfer business architecture and usecase knowledge to Product Owners and crossfunctional teams.

  • Act as a subject matter expert to support internal teams, customer engagements, and crossfunctional education.

  • Contribute to the development of documentation, user materials, and internal knowledge bases.

  • Lead crossfunctional release activities and support commercial launch readiness.

  • May manage individual contributors and lead through influence across global teams.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor's degree in business, science, technology, or medicine; MBA preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in product management.

  • Experience in healthcare and/or life sciences.

  • Full lifecycle product experience within healthcare or clinical trials.

  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate business needs for technical teams.

  • Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams to develop user and data workflows.

  • Demonstrated ability to work directly and effectively with customers.

  • Proven prioritization skills and ability to align activities with strategic objectives.

  • Experience leading across diverse stakeholder groups through influence.

  • Ability to make datadriven decisions in fastpaced, agile environments.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.

  • Ability to travel 25%+.

  • Cardiac Safety domain requirement: Experience managing medical devices that acquire physiological signals used for monitoring or diagnosis (e.g., ECG)
