Associate Creative Director

Our agency client is looking for an Associate Creative Director to come in and support a variety of projects for a sports gear client.

You will be working on quick turn briefs requiring unique concepts for each project, and must work with short timelines and the realities of production. As well as projects that span one-off videos to larger ongoing campaigns, supporting or leading website projects, while supporting legacy projects that require updates or refreshes. Work type spans social video, social static, branding work, websites, motion graphic videos, potentially live action videos.

Please note: Must reside in the U.S and be able to work EST hours

• Social media content design experience a must
• Motion design understanding a must
• Sports, Tech, Video Game experience a major plus

Requirements:

• Experience: Social work, production experience, design skillset, ability to be hands on, conceptual skills, deck building skills, experience running projects
• Required Software: Adobe & Figma
• Creative Skills: Can lead a team of designers, animators, and copywriters through the creative process. Can produce concepts that work within the reality of our timelines and budgets. Can work with clients and their shifting priorities.
• Video Skills: Leading motion graphics projects - though wont be hands on with motion beyond boards and reviews. Understanding flow, narratives, and edits. Live action experience is a bonus
