As a Systems Team Member at Meijer, you will play a key role in supporting store technology and operational systems to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping and working experience. You'll partner with leadership and team members to maintain equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure system processes are executed accurately.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Provide first-level support for store technology systems (POS registers, handheld devices, back-office systems, and digital platforms).

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate concerns when necessary.

  • Support system updates, testing, and implementation of new technology initiatives.

  • Maintain inventory and organization of technology equipment and supplies.

  • Train team members on proper system usage and best practices.

  • Partner with Store Leadership and IT support teams to resolve ongoing issues.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards.

What You Bring with You (Qualifications)

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Basic understanding of technology systems and devices.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Clear communication and strong teamwork skills.

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Previous retail or technology support experience preferred, but not required.
