Lead Forestry Technician F_FS Admin Full Time 88189BR Job Summary Under the direction and general supervision of the Landscape Specialist, the incumbent will be primarily responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the gardening and landscape maintenance in the West Zone and serve as a working leader of the laborers/gardeners. The incumbent would be a member of the Landscaping/Grounds crew and will focus mainly on maintenance operations of Mount Sutro. The incumbent will provide coverage in trail maintenance, volunteer and nursery operations. H/She will transmit orders and explain tasks to fellow co-workers and maintain time and material records. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $29.23 - $39.34 (Hourly Rate).
