Job Summary
The RPO Recruiting Team Lead is responsible for the management and direction of assigned recruiters. Additionally, the RPO Recruiting Team Lead is responsible for utilizing pro-active recruiting techniques to source and screen talent to fill immediate openings as well as pipeline for future opportunitues.
Responsibilities
- Works with the candidate through the entire recruiting cycle from sourcing and screening, through the interview process including performing the necessary screening requirements (background check, drug screen, reference checks, etc.) through the offer phase. Maintains relationships with candidates to create and sustain a pipeline for future positions. 50%
- Manages a group of recruiters including hiring, training, developing, and performance management of recruiting group. Assigns current requisitions to appropriate recruiters. 20%
- Drives the recruiting activities for assigned accounts. Monitors the submittal volume and the quaility of submittals by recruiting team. Ensures the optimization of workforce and the execution of business goals to achieve overall program goals. 15%
- Works with RPO Operations Manager to set recruiting team goals and monitor key measures of success related to recruiting processes. Holds recruiters on their teams accountable for these goals and provides appropriate coaching to achieve these goals. 15%

- Experience in staffing/recruiting industry
- Extensive knowledge of sourcing and recruiting high quality candidates
- Prior experience leading projects
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and work assignments
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Preferred
- 5+ years 5 years professional experience with 3 years in the staffing/recruiting industry Required
