Aircraft Completions Sr Manager - Paintin GAC St. Louis Unique Skills: The compensation range for this role is $146,880.00 - $171,360.00 per year. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors including but not limited to: minimum and preferred qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, and location. Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, Aviation Maintenance or related curriculum required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
. 6 years related experience in an aviation, engineering or operations role. 4 years people management experience with accountability and ownership of employee relations activities, including but not limited to; writing and delivering performance reviews, making hiring and termination recommendations, making compensation recommendations, driving employee development, etc.
Position Purpose:
Provides direction and strategic oversight to Completions operations (e.g. sheetmetal, cabinet, wood finish, upholstery, avionics) and service personnel to ensure that aircraft are completed within customer requirements and FAA regulations. Span of control targeted at 3-7 teams/departments within Compls org. Deals with complex/long term issues and bridges gap between front line and higher-level leaders. Accountable for maintaining the engagement of the team by establishing environment of collaboration between team members and across business, creating a culture of development where all employees are supported in seeking growth opportunities, and guiding team to high quality performance.
