Ryerson is seeking aDirector of Strategic Accounts to lead and grow a portfolio of longterm OEM and industrial customer relationships within our metals business. This is a senior, highimpact role responsible for driving profitable revenue growth, maintaining strong margin performance, and ensuring disciplined management of inventory and receivables across large, complex contract accounts. In this role, you will own the negotiation and execution of multiyear supply agreements, including vendormanaged inventory, forecastbased commitments, and indexbased pricing structures. You will lead a team of outside account managers, setting clear expectations for growth, commercial rigor, and financial performance, while also partnering directly with customers at a senior level.
