As a Data AnalystatSpectrum, youwill manage critical data and reporting functions that help our leadership make informed decisions and maximize resources across business units. Yourexpertisein analysis and forecasting will uncover trends and opportunities, ensuring Spectrum delivers exceptional operational outcomes and drives business success.

How YouWillMake an Impact

  • Conduct data analysis to support a range of analytic solutions and business needs
  • Capture, develop and document data definitions, business rules and data quality requirements for clarity and consistency
  • Integrate data from multiple sources to produceaccurate, insightful reports and dashboards
  • Create and deliver forecasts, ad hocreportsand dashboards, interpreting data toidentifytrends, operationalimpactsand opportunities
  • Develop andmaintainreport formats, dashboards, datageneratorsand other end-user information resources
  • Communicate findings clearly with management and stakeholders at all levels to support decision-making
  • Identifyand implement data quality improvements and ensure compliance through regular audits and analysis
  • Respond to business requests by creating specifications and tailored reports as needed

What You'll Bring to Spectrum

RequiredQualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in either business, analytics, finance or equivalent type degree

Experience

  • 2+ years of data analysis and reporting or related experience
  • 2+ years Excel
  • 2+ SQL experience

Preferred Experience

  • Essbase
  • SalesForce
  • Microstrategy

Skills

  • Ability to read, write,speakand understand English
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team
  • Skill in handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data toidentifybusiness challenges and opportunities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills for clear information sharing
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
  • Proficiencyin documenting, preparing and presenting data-driven presentations
  • Knowledge of software applications including Word,Exceland SQL
  • Prioritize and organize effectively
