Shift: 6 AM - 3 PM (Mon - Thurs) + 6 AM - 12 PM (Fri)

To Crush This Job

• GED or diploma preferred
• 2 plus years' experience in metal fabrication or related work (Press operation preferred)
• Knows how to keep machines running right
• Eye for detail, doesn't cut corners
• Fit enough for lifting (up to 50 pounds), standing, and grinding it out
• Dependable teammate with a solid work ethic
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Your Role on the Floor

• Set up and operate presses with precision and focus.
• Spot breakdowns fast and get things back on track.
• Inspect finished parts to make sure they hit the mark.
• Adjust tools and settings as needed to keep things smooth.
• Read blueprints and perform record-keeping tasks
• Keep safety first, always.
