As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be a key contributor to day-to-day financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing while maintaining strong internal controls.

  Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests with accuracy and efficiency

  Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with internal policies

  Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies proactively

  Support check runs, ACH, and wire payments

  
  
• 
  

  Assist with month-end and year-end close activities

  
  
• 
  

  Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit standards

  Provide professional, responsive customer service to faculty, staff, and vendors

  
  

This position requires full-time, onsite presence five days per week to support in-person collaboration and operational excellence.

  2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience

  
  
• 
  

  Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred

  
  
• 
  

  ERP system experience and advanced Excel proficiency

  
  
• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
