Shift: Monday - Friday (10-12 hour shifts) Saturdays (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)

As a Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator in Gardena, you'll move freight, stack pallets, and keep the warehouse running smoothly. You know how to handle tight aisles, tall racks, and long shifts. This is steady work for people who show up, get it done, and do it right.

What You Need to Get in the Seat

• 2 year of experience operating a stand-up reach forklift required
• Experience in a 3PL or warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Steel-toe boots
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to stand for extended periods

A Typical Day on the Reach

Operate a stand-up reach forklift safely and efficiently. Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials. Pull and prepare orders accurately for shipment. Perform inventory control functions as needed. Assist with material handling tasks, including picking, packing, labeling, and palletizing. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety policies and procedures.
