Responsibilities:

• Answeringmultiple incoming phone calls quickly and professionally
• Providingoutstanding customer service - we want tohear your smile through the phone!
• Accuratedata entry (entering tickets and information)
• Scheduling loads
• Filing and organizing documents with precision
• Being the friendly face and voice of the facility

Requirements:

• 1 year of office experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Microsoft Office skills that keep things moving
• Strong organizational instincts and accuracy
