Steel-toes Understand program pour chemical consistency, tape measure skills, density checks, hardness, machine calibration, perform all quality checks, and understand chemical makeup for tongue groove and plane processing. Tools/skills - Use of a calculator, quality checks, tape measure, basic hand tools, and machine gauges. Your Role on the Floor Operate machines with precision and focus. Spot breakdowns fast and get things back on track. Inspect finished parts to make sure they hit the mark. Adjust tools and settings as needed to keep things smooth. Keep safety first, always.
