Join the team as a Quality Assurance Clerk in Ontario and make sure the line runs clean and steady. You'll inspect, test, and approve every part that keeps production rolling strong.

What It Takes to Keep Quality Tight

• Know-How: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in inventory control, auditing, and quality assurance.
• Attention to Detail: You catch the "small stuff" that keeps the "big stuff" moving.
• Physical Ability: Stay on your feet, move with the crew, and lift (up to) 50 lbs. when needed.
• Attitude: Reliable, steady, and proud to be the one who keeps things right.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, follow varied instructions, and work independently or in a team.
• Proficient in Excel (intermediate level preferred).
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and committed to driving positive outcomes and process improvements.

A Day on the Line

Audit, correct, and reassemble outbound pallets to ensure 100% accuracy. Record errors, perform root cause analysis, and partner with leadership and warehouse staff on solutions. Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile with system reports. Move pallets, operate forklifts (order picker, sit-down, stand-up, pallet jack), and assist with audits. Complete clerical tasks such as data entry, reporting, and issue resolution. Maintain a clean, orderly workspace and assist with training or guiding others as needed.
