Job Summary
The HRIS Support role provides hands-on support for multiple HR technology initiatives during periods of high volume and organizational change. This execution-focused role supports system testing, documentation, data cleanup, and configuration activities to accelerate project delivery and ensure system accuracy. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage confidential employee data with discretion, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet project timelines. Job Responsibilities
Support the creation, organization, and maintenance of training materials, job aids, and user documentation for HR systems, including SuccessFactors modules
Execute system test cases, validate results, and document issues for resolution
Update documentation to reflect current system configurations and business processes
Support testing activities for employee document management system implementations
Assist with document migration from legacy systems to new platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Perform cleanup of unfiled employee documents, including indexing, categorization, and quality checks
Adhere to established data handling, confidentiality, and privacy standards when working with employee records
Provide system configuration support under the guidance of internal system owners
Create and update process documentation and reference materials related to payroll and benefits systems
Assist with testing and documentation related to payroll and benefits system updates
Maintain clear documentation of completed work, identified issues, and items requiring escalation
Partner with team members to meet project deadlines and support implementation and stabilization efforts
Complete additional system-related tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
1-3 years of experience supporting HR systems, HRIS, or HR operations
Experience with SuccessFactors strongly preferred
Familiarity with employee data management and HR compliance concepts
Strong written communication skills, particularly in developing documentation and training materials
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work independently while maintaining strict confidentiality
