What You'll Be Doing:

* Overseeing all global real estate transactions, including leasing, contract

negotiations, renewals, and vendor management.

* Leading construction management efforts for new builds and renovations,

ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

* Owning and optimizing the workplace budgeting process, spend tracking, and

cost analysis to maximize ROI and support company priorities.

* Serving as the primary partner to the Chief People Officer and regularly

interfacing with C-suite and senior executives to inform and influence decision?making.

* Driving integration and synergy initiatives post-acquisition, identifying

opportunities for efficiency and cultural alignment.

* Leading, developing, and inspiring a global team, fostering a culture of

accountability, collaboration, and care for the employee experience.
