POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Marketing and Product Specialist II will contribute to the implementation and coordination of the materials review and monitoring processes for all Republic Processing Group ("RPG") products as assigned. Additionally, this position will also support many aspects of the Tax Refund Solutions Sales, Marketing, Audit, and Compliance initiatives with accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum of 3 years marketing or financial product experience required.
* Demonstrated proficient Microsoft Office skills.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Collaborate with the business functional areas and vendors in completing, updating, and modifying the business plans and programs as it pertains to assigned Tax Refund Solutions ("TRS"), Republic Credit Solutions ("RCS") and Republic Payment Solutions ("RPS") specialized projects.
* Coordinate the review and approval process for RPS prepaid card program materials and marketing by maintaining current versions of items on a SharePoint log and continuously communicating with Compliance, RPS Relationship Management and the Program Managers.
* Coordinate the review and approval process for RCS credit program materials and marketing by maintaining current versions of items on a SharePoint log and continuously communicating with Compliance and the Program Managers.
* Assist with TRS, RPS & RCS Marketing projects including mailings, production of materials, webinars, training, and oversight of multiple TRS websites.
* Assessing the materials in accordance with marketing guidelines for TRS, RPS and RCS that includes recommending edits & changes to address any discrepancies.
* Implement the ongoing monitoring and oversight of all marketing related to RPS prepaid card and RCS credit programs.
* Process check-cashing requests by contacting local banks as requested by ERO's to set up indemnification agreements and reporting results back to ERO's.
* Process bank product advertising approval requests from ERO's by coordinating with the Manager and Compliance.
* Maintain accurate inventory of tradeshow materials and collateral, collaborate with sales team to understand their requirements of upcoming shows, plan logistics and track shipments, and troubleshoot any last-minute issues that may arise.
* Manages the process and relationship related to critical operational functions such as adverse action letters, supply ordering and tax office prepaid card fulfillment. This includes functioning as the business owner to internally develop requirements for enhancements, update procedure documentation and direct the relationships with other relevant third-party vendors or partners.
* Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting your position and area of responsibilities and actively learn new regulations and assist in the implementation, if required.
