The Clinical Diagnostics PMO team has an openign for a Project Coordinator. You will manage and support operational aspects of ongoing programs, projects, and functional initiatives. Coordinates and supports communications, information management, and dashboards connecting program team, core team, functional managers, and leadership. Reviews and prepares reports of program and project status, resources, and schedules. Identifies and resolves project issues to improve productivity and quality as well as achieve customer and business outcomes. Engages in continuous improvement initiatives to improve program, project, and business outcomes.

Location: This position must be based in Irvine, California and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Independently leads execution of activities related to one or more projects of simple scope, or sub-projects
  • Owns and provides project managers, program team, and core team with clear and accurate data to aid management of project deliverables, schedule, and budget
  • Creates and manages information systems (e.g. spreadsheets and charts) use to monitor project progress and support decision-making by the project managers, program team, and core team
  • Actively owns and reports on tasks and deliverables assigned by the project manager to drive to completion
  • Develops optimal tactical approach for completion of assigned area, tasks, and deliverables. Reviews with project manager for execution approval.


What You Bring:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant technical area(s).
  • 1-2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software. Project management tools (Gantt, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.) knowledge preferred.
  • Good analytical skills including data and information collection and synthesis.
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication, organization and presentation skills with a growth and learning mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings and collaborations related to areas of assigned scope, resolve problems within capacity and capability to resolve, and escalate more significant challenges to the project manager.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $86,600 - $119,200 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
