This opportunity is in the Information Technology department.

Role Description:

As the Manager, Agile Delivery, you will lead, manage, and mentor a team of Agile Delivery professionals, including Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and/or Project Managers . You will play a key leadership role within the Portfolio Delivery leadership team, helping establish and maintain a consistent level of high-quality service delivery while advancing the overall quality and efficiency of value delivery across the organization .

In this role, you will foster a positive, collaborative environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement. You will conduct performance reviews, set meaningful goals, and create development plans that empower your team members to grow in their careers . You will also help attract and onboard new talent, ensuring the team continues to evolve to meet business needs.

You will serve as a champion of Agile best practices, establishing and optimizing frameworks such as SAFe and Kanban across multiple teams . By driving organizational change and supporting Agile transformation initiatives, you will elevate Agile maturity and strengthen cross-team collaboration. Acting as a key point of contact for senior leadership, you will provide metrics-based updates on performance and delivery outcomes while developing and implementing KPIs that measure team and portfolio success .

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or appropriate combination of education and experience is required; Master's degree is preferred

Required Qualifications:



  • 5 or more years of experience in Agile delivery, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and developing Agile teams
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and IT operations
  • Experience driving organizational change and Agile transformation initiatives
  • Advanced Agile certification such as SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Release Train Engineer, SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager, or Agile Certified Practitioner
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.

Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
