Job Overview
The Compliance Analyst is responsible for coordinating or supporting all Compliance and Business Ethics Program functions and initiatives for to ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Additional Information Department Name: Compliance and Business Ethics Job Status: Full time, 40 hours per week. Shift:Somewhat flexible but generally expected to be available during core business hours M-F 8am to 4:30pm or 9am to 5pm. Hybrid after training. Duties & Responsibilities
- Serves as project leader with primary responsibility for development, implementation, and coordination of compliance initiatives.
- Develops or maintains department tracking tools, survey tools, research tools. Researches relevant materials including but not limited to regulations, policies, procedures, and other standards.
- Collaborates with Risk Management and Legal Affairs to on regulatory requirements. Monitors regulatory, legal and industry developments and identifies opportunities for their application and integration into the compliance program. Assists in the preparation and dissemination of updates to stakeholders.
- Assists with implementation of compliance and business ethics work plans, including internal audit and compliance plans. These may include on-site visits, interviews, reviews of medical and financial records, trend analysis, or longitudinal studies.
- Conducts, coordinates or assists with documenting, tracking, receiving and investigating compliance questions and concerns.
- Compiles back-up documentation detailing investigative or review work in accordance with departmental standards and prepares formal reports containing findings.
- Assists with the development, implementation and maintenance of organization-wide policies and procedures designed to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Communicates with employees and patients or families by phone, in writing, and in person on compliance concerns or complaints.
- Develops and delivers training to educate workforce members regarding general compliance policies, procedures and rules, and the consequences of non-compliance.
- Responds to inquiries from employees at all levels of the organization regarding compliance rule or policy interpretation.
- Facilitates, attends or participates in organizational committees, workgroups and meetings, including but not limited to compliance committees or Emergency Medical Treatment & Labor Act committees.

Salary Information Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $71,040.18 to $106,560.27
