We're looking for a versatile, strategic communicator to join the Global Product & Tech Communication Team and lead all internal and external communications related to Global Product Planning: its mission, processes, insights, and impact on Stellantis' long term strategy.

You will ensure the Planning function is clearly understood across the company, strengthen it reputation as the authority on market insights and product direction, and help regional and brand communication teams manage media inquiries related to planning topics, including portfolio decisions, timelines, market trends, competitors, and program shifts.

This role combines storytelling, strategic positioning, and issues management with close collaboration across Planning, Product Development, Corporate Communications, and regional/brand PR teams.

What You'll Do:

Lead Global Product Planning Communications

  • Act as the primary communication partner for the Global Product Planning organization.
  • Translate planning frameworks, decisions, and insights, into clear narratives for internal and external audiences.
  • Position Planning as a future focused, data driven function shaping Stellantis' long term portfolio direction.

Manage External Communications

  • Support Corporate and regional PR teams with media questions on planning topics.
  • Develop Q&As, talking points, message documents, for sensitive or complex issues.
  • Prepare leaders for interviews, panels, press interactions, and other external visibility opportunities.

Drive Internal Awareness and Engagement

  • Build communication plans that explain what Planning does, why it matters, and how its work shapes Stellantis' future mobility strategy.
  • Produce internal content (articles, spotlights, success stories, process explainers, videos, dashboards).
  • Organize Planning events: town halls, webinars, Q&A sessions, workshops, and leadership panels.
  • Strengthen the connection between Planning and other departments through storytelling and engagement initiatives.

Create Strategic Content

  • Develop infographics, dashboards, key messages, videos, presentations and key messages that show Planning's impact.
  • Highlight concrete examples of improved efficiency, reduced CO emissions, profitability optimization, competitiveness gains, and customer value outcomes.

Who You Are:

You're a creative, analytical communicator who is comfortable navigating complexity, tight timelines, and confidential material. You know how to make data driven, technical content accessible and engaging. You thrive in a global, cross functional environment and build trust easily with experts and leaders.

The Product Planning Communication Lead is the go-to expert for all communications - internal and external - related to Stellantis' product planning decisions and strategic impact. You will build clarity, credibility, and engagement around how Planning shapes Stellantis' long term mobility vision.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in communications, PR, corporate affairs, or product/strategy storytelling.
  • Strong writing and narrative building skills (statements, Q&A, intranet stories, speeches, briefs, decks).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced, global organization.
  • Comfortable working cross functionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with media.
  • Understanding of automotive planning and product lifecycle fundamentals.
  • Interest in market trends, market analysis, and competitive landscapes.
