Reporting into our Chief Data and Engineering Officer, the Vice President of Software Engineering, Clinical will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the company's clinical technology direction during a critical phase of growth and transformation. This leader will be accountable for establishing a clear engineering vision, setting execution priorities, and translating strategy into results through a focused, outcomedriven roadmap. This role requires a handson, decisive engineering leader who thrives in complexity and ambiguity and is energized by fixing hard problems quickly. The VP will partner closely with Product, Data Science, AI, and other crossfunctional leaders to bring clarity where it doesn't exist today, accelerate delivery, and ensure technology meaningfully advances customer and business outcomes. Success in this role is defined not by process, but by impact, speed, and the ability to turn vision into working software. The VP will build, lead, and evolve highperforming engineering teams, strengthen technical and architectural foundations, and reset how engineering delivers-at an innovator's pace. This leader will balance rapid execution with thoughtful simplification, leverage metrics to drive accountability, and lead through trust, credibility, and a relentless focus on results.
