The Role:
As a Database Coordinator, you will support the marketing database's overall success, including maintenance and direct mail operations.

Responsibilities:
Operations Management
* Implement, develop, and maintain the playertracking database.
* Manage the directmail fulfillment process with local printing vendors.
* Work with casino systems to upload offers and input data.
* Conduct database analysis at the direction of the management team.
* Provide support to property staff.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Quality Compliance
* Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, company initiatives, and organizational goals.
* Perform duties associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary SelfExclusion Program.
* Maintain knowledge and adherence to all requirements related to data integrity, privacy, and security within database and marketing operations.

Qualifications:
Education:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with casino computer systems
* Working knowledge of table games and slot machines
* General knowledge of direct mail and marketing
* Experience in a casino environment preferred
License/Certification:
* Must be 21 years of age or older
* Ability to obtain and maintain an Illinois Gaming Board gaming license
* Must learn and comply with Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act requirements as they pertain to Credit/Player Services transactions
