Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Senior Supply Chain Project Manager to join our team inHolland, MI.



As a Senior Supply Chain Project Manager you will:



Lead large and complex projects or programs, leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic business objectives. Provide expert project management guidance, manage project interdependencies, and navigate complex challenges to ensure successful project or program delivery.

Essential Functions

  • Lead Project/Program Teams: Lead project and/or program teams, overseeing all aspects from initiation to closure.
  • Contribute to Project/Program Strategies: With management team, develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee Project/Program Budgets: Ensure compliance with project or program budgets, allocating resources strategically.
  • Develop and Implement Project/Program Policies and Procedures: Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Collaborate With Cross-Functional Leaders: Collaborate with leaders from other departments to align efforts with business goals.
  • Drive Project/Program Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation, exploring and implementing new technologies, processes, and approaches to enhance effectiveness.
  • Stay Abreast of Industry Trends and Technologies: Stay informed and apply new knowledge about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in project/program management to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
  • Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
  • Performs other duties within scope as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Suppy Chain, Engineering, Business, or similar field of study.
  • Work Experience: 5 years experience in supply chain, project management, engineering or simiar (5 years related experience with Master's Degree)
  • Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education
  • Military Equivalency at www.mynextmove.org/vets/find/military

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong background in strategic sourcing/purchasing with experience in supplier audits, new supplier selection, onboarding, and driving supplier performance.
  • Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, crossfunctional programs or projects.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment.
  • PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
  • CPSM, CPP, or similar supply chain/procurement certification preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems.
