Description

Position Purpose

To enhance the KLJ brand through the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies in a timely, accurate, and cost-effective manner.

Essential Functions



  • Develop and execute social media and marketing strategies.
  • Create engaging content and manage brand consistency.
  • Analyze data to optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for implementation efforts.


Responsibilities



  • Social Media Management:


    • Plan, implement, manage, and track social strategies across KLJ's social media platforms.
    • Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, videos, and stories.
    • Monitor social media trends and leverage them for brand promotion.
    • Engage and respond to followers through comments and messages.


  • Content Creation and Branding:


    • Ensure a consistent brand image and voice across all marketing channels.
    • Collaborate with the graphic design team to create visually appealing marketing materials (posts, ads, banners, etc.).
    • Research, write, prepare, proof, and submit regional and national company and employee awards for brand recognition.
    • Write and publish articles, scripts, advertisements, etc. that align with the Company's strategic direction.



  • Marketing Strategies:


    • Assist in the development and execution of various company and market-specific campaigns.
    • Collaborate with various team members and third parties to ensure full optimization of the Company's website, including effective use of keywords and SEO.
    • Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and user engagement and adjust strategies to optimize results.


  • Internal Communication:


    • Provide internal communication and public relations support.
    • Interact and communicate effectively with all offices, business lines, and employees to provide responsive services based on their needs.
    • Assist in event and conference planning.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or like degree, 5 years minimum experience. Applicable experience may be substituted in lieu of formal education.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate motorized vehicles

  • Frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
