Key Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for the architecture, data, operations, and strategy for the workspace security marketing organization including analytics, data warehousing, Marketo, marketing technology, and SFDC. The ideal candidate has an exceptional understanding of marketing systems, marketing and SDR interlock, lead and pipeline creation, and partnering with data and IT teams. You will partner closely with Check Point's central teams to ensure we are able to track marketing performance across all customer touchpoints. You will also work closely with workspace security's sales leadership to articulate pipeline creation and performance across our entire portfolio. This role is a player-coach role and will require both strategic and hands-on technical expertise.



  • Own alignment across internal teams to drive architecture and scalable operations for workplace security across Marketo, SFDC, and Snowflake
  • Responsible for building marketing performance and pipeline models, visualizations, and insights
  • Lead marketing taxonomy across campaigns, content, and programs for the workplace security product portfolio
  • Support ongoing evaluation and optimization of the marketing and SDR tech stack
  • Partner closely with SDR organization to ensure all leads are properly actioned on and drive bidirectional communication to improve lead scoring, sequences, and marketing programs
  • Drive marketing enablement across the workspace security organization so marketing and cross-functional partners understand marketing data models and analytics, and how to use this data to improve planning and optimization
  • Build attribution models to connect marketing impact across channel, sales, and SDR organizations
  • Collaborate with FP&A and sales operations to assess marketing opex performance

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations in enterprise SaaS
  • 5+ years of experience managing globally distributed teams in a matrixed organization
  • BA/BS in a quantitative discipline
  • Exceptional knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of Snowflake, PowerBI, and the ETL process
  • Demonstrable ability in driving marketing data enablement across executive, marketing, and sales audiences to lead ongoing marketing ROI optimization and pipeline analysis
  • Hands-on experience leading lead scoring, lead management, data visualization, campaign taxonomy, and martech architecture
  • Deep experience partnering with channel, SDR, sales, and sales engineering organizations
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future
