Network Performance & Integration Engineer

Responsibilities:
Analyze hourly/daily network KPIs to restore and maintain baseline performance.
Lead integrations, rehomes, and post activities to ensure KPI compliance
Troubleshoot hardware and performance issues with tower crews and integrators
Optimize coverage and support smooth market transitions (137 130) to meet 2026 POR goals
Collaborate with RF and Engineering to ensure on-time activations and stable operations

Must-Have Skills:
Data analysis & KPI monitoring (3-5 years)
Project / integration management experience (3-5 years)
Strong network troubleshooting skills (3-5 years)

Nice to Have:
RF engineering and network optimization knowledge
Telecom project coordination experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Telecom; relevant certifications preferred
