Your Tasks

  • Lead and manage a global sales team to achieve revenue, profitability, and performance targets, including objective setting and ongoing coaching.
  • Develop and implement global sales strategies, KPIs, forecasting models, and market expansion plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain executive level client relationships; support contract negotiations, pricing approvals, and enterprise level account activities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and regional leaders to drive unified commercial initiatives across global markets.
  • Promote high customer retention through exceptional service, problem resolution, and strategic cross sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Oversee CRM accuracy, pipeline visibility, budget administration, and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Represent TUV SUD at U.S. and international conferences, trade shows, and industry events.


Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of global sales management or strategic account leadership experience.
  • Experience leading cross regional or international sales teams, ideally in risk engineering, insurance, or technical services.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise sales processes, CRM systems, global markets, and strategic selling methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, including executive level presentations and comfort working in a matrix environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to drive execution within complex, global environments.

Additional Information


  • The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $225,000 - 270,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.

  • Travel Requirement: Approximately 40-60% domestic and international travel.
  • Work Environment: Primarily office based/remote professional work; requires frequent computer use, virtual meetings, and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered based on business need.
