RN Position Details
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full-Time

  • Pay Range: $37 - $39 per hour

  • Location: St. Cloud, MN

  • Community: Talamore Senior Living - St. Cloud

RN Job Objective

The Registered Nurse (RN) ensures the health and safety of all residents through on-site visits, assessments, and clinical oversight. The RN supports staff through training and guidance on medical procedures and policies, ensuring all practices remain current and compliant with state and federal regulations.

This role requires professionalism, collaboration, and a positive team-oriented approach when working with residents, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and complete initial assessments of potential residents to ensure their needs can be met.

  • Ensure residents maintain admission criteria; reassess and recommend alternative placement when appropriate.

  • Collaborate in developing and maintaining resident service agreements in compliance with state regulations.

  • Monitor and maintain resident charts and clinical documentation.

  • Communicate changes in resident conditions to physicians and county caseworkers as needed.

  • Oversee medication management, renewals, and physician follow-up.

  • Ensure proper medication administration procedures are followed and address corrections as necessary.

  • Document medication disposal per company procedures.

  • Provide initial and ongoing health training for staff; ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards.

Qualifications
  • Current RN license in the State of Minnesota.

  • Minimum one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to self-start and follow through with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to build positive working relationships with residents, families, and team members.
